Revelstoke (BC), Canada – Thanks to early snowfall, Revelstoke Mountain Resort will launch its fifth ski season with a newly announced Sneak Peek Weekend for all skiers and snowboarders to enjoy in advance of the regular season.

Snowfall to date at the British Columbia resort, home to the tallest lift-served vertical drop in North America, has hit a whopping 193cm (76 inches) and has developed into a solid base of almost a meter, allowing the resort to open both The Stoke and The Ripper high-speed quad lifts on Nov. 26-27.   For both days of operations, the resort is open to the public with the Revelation Gondola open for first upload at 8:30 a.m., and the last chair on The Stoke at 3 p.m.

Special offers for Sneak Peek Weekend include a 25% lift ticket discount for all 2011-12 season pass holders in Western Canada (some restrictions apply), along with ski and stay packages beginning at C$99 per person per night.
