Bozeman, MT - You've got it on your mountain bike, so why not on your skis? Boutique ski maker Anton Dynamics has scheduled a limited early release of their 2011 all-mountain carvers, the UFOria and the UFOria XA. Two years in development, the most distinguishing feature of these pricey new models is a patented active suspension system.
Its designers say that the Anton Active Suspension applies consistent pressure on the tip and tail for better stability and control.

"The Antons make carving effortless and skiers report less fatigue on the knees and body," the company said this week in a press release. "In addition, independent front and rear progressive flex adjusters give the UFOria XA and the limited edition Carbon Series multiple personalities. Dial in a soft flexing cruiser or rip it up with a stiff GS racer."
The UFOria XA is priced with bindings at $2,990. The UFOria standard model with bindings is $2,490.
Anton Dynamics has already begun taking orders for the new UFOria models and expects to have a limited number of these 2011 models available for early release during December 2009. Anton Skis are available through select specialty retailers and through Anton Dynamics directly at www.AntonSkis.com.
