Waterville Valley, NH - Waterville Valley Terrain Park Manager Luke Mathison is a busy man these days.

Mathison has been hard at work designing new jib features for the upcoming winter at the popular New Hampshire ski and snowboard resort. Waterville has locked in a new Fuel TV skate ledge feature for 2009-10. The resort's Exhibition park will also feature five new jibs: a long down rail, a wall ride, pole jams, a down-flat-down box and more.

Renovations that took place over the summer included dirt work up to and around the Oakley Hubba set. This effort was to ensure that Mathison and his staff will be able to get the Oakley Hubba open as soon as possible after the white stuff starts flying.

There's also a new and improved indoor mini ramp hiding under the Buckets Bones and Brews Deck. To keep everything covered, the resort added 40 new energy efficient tower guns around the mountain for snowmaking and a new groomer that will be spending time in Exhibition.
