Papa Mali brings his funky New Orleans sounds to Little Cottonwood Canyon on July 3; Americana music courtesy of Kort McCumber fills the air on Independence Day; and Danny Barnes, fresh off his appearance on the new Dave Matthews Band record, wraps up the weekend with an original blend of folk and country on July 5.
Snowbird’s Cool Air Concerts, presented by the Snowbird Renaissance Center (SRC), begin with opening acts at 5 p.m., followed by headliners at 6 p.m. Coolers and families are welcome at all events. The SRC is also presenting a number of marquee festivals throughout the summer, including the Mountain Music Festival (July 8-12), Rock & Blues (July 24-26), and the Snowbird Tent Revival: A Celebration of Gospel Music (August 14-16).
