Sutton (QC), Canada - Skiers and snowboarders at Quebec's Mont Sutton will have fun while supporting special benefits this Saturday and again on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th. They'll contribute to two important causes while out shredding the slopes.

The 11th Annual “Rob Lutterman Ski for a Cure” takes at Mont Sutton this Saturday. Ski for a Cure is a fundraising event that was created to raise awareness of and fund pancreatic cancer research. A fun and casual event, participants of all ages will once again enjoy the fresh air while spending a day on the slopes. Registration will start at 9 a.m. at the ski area's main chalet.

This Saturday will also be the ideal day to try a snow scooter, a cross between a snowboard and a bike. Members of the Snow Scooter Canadian Team will be at Mont Sutton to share tips with everyone who wants to try this sport, which is becoming more and more popular. It's first come, first served, and free.

On March 17th, one dollar for each ski ticket sold goes to the Foundation of the Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins Hospital in nearby Cowansville, Quebec, as will a dollar for each pitcher of beer sold at the Bar Le Tucker. This Wednesday is a date for skiing and for après-ski.

On Thursday, March 25th, Mont Sutton is inviting skiers and snowboarders to carpool and save 50% on the full day regular price lift ticket. Four people minimum per car is required, as well as the printable promotional coupon available on the website www.montsutton.com. In addition to saving money, it’s great for the environment as well.
