Ski City U.S.A. vs. Ski Town U.S.A.

Just caught up with the news item on Steamboat's lawsuit claiming that SLC had infringed on its long-held "Ski Town U.S.A." branding:

Does the settlement mean that SLC can't use the clever “once you’ve stayed in a Ski City, you’ll wonder why you ever stayed in a ski town” line?

The only portion of the settlement that has been made public is the dropping of the USA from the tagline.
