Most unusual ski destinations

Re Indonesia: I'm afraid some of my sources were personal correspondence with others who have researched the area and some were websites that I didn't record. Once I realized the story wasn't there anymore, I stopped marking my digital trail. It does look like I underestimated the amount of time it was operational—it was more than just a few years in the 1970s. It's possible it was a going concern until about 15 years ago.
