Postby Mary Courtney Wine » Fri Jan 23, 2004 12:12 pm

I appreciate your article on customer service in the ski industry (January 04 Editorial: "Courtesy Counts"). Aspen Skiing Company recognizes that being in the ski industry does not make us exempt from providing outstanding customer service. In fact, we believe it is our responsibility to shock our guests at how friendly we are and how we will go out of our way to help our guests. The ski industry is more competitive than ever; it is our responsibility to show our guests how much we appreciate their visit. Thank you for discussing the importance of customer service in our business.

Mary Courtney Wine
Director of Customer Service
Aspen Skiing Company
