Skiing Fitness-what are you doing about it? Pray tell?

I try to make it to Monte Kaolino in Hirschau to sand dune ski a few times a month to make sure I retain my skiing muscle memory over the summer. It seems to have worked for the past two seasons as I've done quite well early on with my stamina. Monte Kaolino happens to be the largest sand dune in Europe and it's only a 30 minute drive from my place. It's pretty fun too - like skiing very wet, heavy powder. I always do tend to leave a little skin on the hill each trip, however.

12 oz curls??? I find the 1 liter curls help out MUCH better!
