Not a contest, just wanted to see the 'best of' pictures you took this season. Lets say max of 2 pictures per person? Or would that be per web personality? Just in case too many of you have alter ego's  .

Personally I didn't get many days on snow and virtually no pics of virgin pow skiing action so I'm going with racing action for my two best pics of the season:

Fun topic.

Does "of me" count for "by me"? Well, I did set up the shot and it was taken with my camera, after all!

Another favorite was taken the same day of Mt. Baldy with one lone patroller track on Harold's:

Lots of interesting discussion on that exact type of issue on photography web sites. If I recall, you're supposed to do a dual credit on the photo even if you did 99% of the work and they only pushed the shutter release when you told them to do so.

For this thread, "of you" is perfect material. Hmmm.... I do have an awesome scenic or two, and those kind of shots are inspiring too. But for me I always tend to select some sort of action pics as my best. I guess since they are harder to stage/get.

It was Nikki's first black ever. This picture represents the future of many more runs to follow.

Sure it does. What ski area is dumb enough to install a single chair?

I only lugged my camera around for one day this season. I got a few shots that didn't turn out too bad, here's two:

That last pic of cloud inversion is not uncommon at many ski areas but very rare at Mammoth in my experience, presumably due to the chronic wind.

It was really odd...i think it was either jan or feb...but below the clouds, which ended about 1/2 way up ch. 5, it was snowing.

I didn't bring a camera out much this year and I live in Michigan, so nothing too exciting, but here's 2:

IMO, this thread isn't about the most spectacular shots or locations, but instead about posting your best memories of the season. Nicely done! =D>

Oh, and welcome!
