mtngirl, I am one rippin' snowboarder dude...sort of, I have
a Smuggs seasons pass. I work in Stowe full time. I have been
looking for new living arrangements for a long time in Jericho,
but am not finding what I need. I'm in a solid setup at the
moment...but I'm looking to buy a house, or live somewhere
new, depending on the situation and circumstances.

Couple questions for you on this...shared space w/ you
or is this a separate building you are talking about on your
property? I have quite a musical instrument setup, need
space to use and store it all without bothering neighbors...
hard to find a place that can meet that requirement!

Second, what happens after June 1? Time for new tenant
to leave? That's in the not too distant future. That would
hinder me personally I think.

And finally is that monthly price at all negotiable? If you
would prefer...pm me...or request my email address and
I'll pm you.:D

Thanks. Andy
