Jaypeak reported 18 " of new snow mid week so we headed over today to see what was left . The Jet chair , flyer and Tram were running offering skiing from the summit in heavy wet snow mixed with corn . Skied off the flyer and Tram on skiers left and right . Took one run down a glade but new snow was like glue so bailed out . The best skiing was off the Jet Chair with good coverage . Temps were close to 60 F by mid day in the sun with high level cloud drifting in by afternoon . Still able to traverse from the jet over to the tram , however option won't last long as snow melting out . The new snow definitely triggered a brief comeback in the season as trail count went up even though it will be short lived.

Have attached a pic taken with the cell phone camera that details the new snow on a natural snow trail prior to merging with a snow making trail . Notice the new snow in the hills in the back ground . By Saturday the snow was isolated to the high elvevation areas while valley locations were turning green , quite a contrast that unfortuneatly could not be captured with a cell phone .

It required some walking on Sunday. I personally preferred runs on the Flyer with a few laps Exhibition and Green Mountain Boys. Wet cemented mixed with mash potatoes was the conditions for the day. TR to follow in the next few days.
