Down in the Jay Peak area where the valleys are devoid of snow with the winds stirring up the dust on the bare fields . Up on the mountain things have frozen over since the rains. The Jay official report today lists 21 runs open which means a handful of options. Skiing is as expected , frozen granular ,ice , whatever.
