As mentioned on the Jay site , parking is a issue . In anticipation of the parking problem , Mrs Anthony took one for the team and agreed to be the designated driver . Arriving at Jay at 8.30 am with parking already full ,we were dropped off at customer service to join the masses getting ready. Once you actually get on the hill you made it and can enjoy the skiing . Heard stories of people taking two hours to get on the hill after arriving.

Now for the skiing , skiing was good with about a foot of fresh snow on top of a frozen base. For a change the open trails skied better than the glades as the the hardwood forest that makes up the Jay Glades was completely weighed down with accumulated ice on the branches .Skiing the glades today required a lot of ducking under branches or risk getting your head taken off .

If you plan on day skiing Jay on a good snow weekend arrive before the lifts open or risk not finding any parking. Not sure what is causing the issues, maybe the hotels ?
