Mad River Glen, VT 12/31/99

Due to our move to new servers, the date and time attributed to this post is incorrect.)</I> <BR> <BR>In a word, fun. <BR> <BR>In several words -- powder, packed powder, ice, rocks, and grass -- sometimes all within 10 feet of each other. <BR> <BR>Good choice for holiday fun -- lines and crowds were non-existant. Single is Y3K ready, according to lift-ops. And the skiing was, again in a word, fun. <BR> <BR>PS: <BR> <BR>Especially fun were the good old Zebra skis. Lost a AFD, so I found and used a piece of bark in its place. Bark has wonderful antivibration <BR>properties. Improvisation at its best.
