Excellent groomed corduroy, with nary an icy patch or thin spot in sight. Terrific cruising at this novice and intermediate paradise, but the new West Mountain expansion was a disappointment - the hype about additional expert terrain just doesn't ring true. No challenge here - under the new lift I found the only untracked, about ankle deep that had filled in with wind. Unfortunately, it was so flat that it was difficult to maintain my speed even if I hovered close to the fall line.
