mt washington cowhampshire 6/16-6/17/09

still some damn fine skiing being done and to be had in the east and with an average of 1.2 people per day enjoying it, the surfaces have stayed smooth, supportive with always a perfect couple of inches of never suncupped corn. tuesday 6/16 i had the bowl all to myself and put 6 450 vert, 50-60 turn laps in (craig would've been getting 200 turns a run in there) followed by a wonderful 2 hour mtb ride in the valley. wed 6/17 was another blubird day and met up with 4 others (pre arranged) and had it all to ourselves again. with so limited terrain, there's even more limited amount of skiers. i can't imagine that happening anywhere else. it's now raining and cool again till early next week when i'll ski right into summer and get my 120th day for the season. just hit the link, more stuff including vids will be added:
