The recent storm came in warm and windy, but the temps fell and we wound up with about 8" of new snow in about 24 hours. Kinda sad depth wise but the progression from rain to intense wet snowfall to windy drier snow did the trick. We had some pretty hard and glazed surfaces to cover and this morning was a genuine freshie day. I was third chair and promptly headed over to Outback. We just haven't had much luck over on the more wind effected west side so far this season but today they finally opened NWX. It's really our best chair if you like long powder runs. The Summit is better on those less frequent occasions where the snow is good right off the top, but NWX is so much more consistent.
My one iPhone photo of the day, this is the top of Outback. A very nice bluebird day with both the Summit & NWX open. We have 55"/69" so that's not bad.
