The parade of pacific storms continues. Yesterday was fun with 5" to start and continuous snowfall throughout the day. I rode Outback Express for the first time and the snow was great as the whole area was unskied so far this season. The upper areas you could be aggressive but lower down you wouldn't want to venture off piste, too thin. All our snow is concentrated above 6000' this season.
Today is forecast to dump with the temperatures on the rise. So far we have 12" at the new "Snow Stake Cam" and it was pounding when I left. Getting really damp.
Another fun toy is "Track Your Turns" . Each time you pass through the turnstiles, your pass is scanned and it counts as a turn. You can compare yourself to the other local riders, for some it becomes very competitive. Below are my statistics through today.
