Typical Colo, Typical Eldora

Headed up early to beat the crowds, getting on the lift just after it opened (maybe 10th chair or so?). The line of cars heading into the lot 30 min later was quite impressive to not have to be part of for a change. Chilly start to the day with 2" having fallen overnight , but skies starting to clear. The 'typical' Eldora wind was blowing ~15-30MPH across mostly the upper part of the hill.

We started on a couple runs where the snow on skiers left was several inches deep and fun before then trying to lap toward the backside, but after a run on Muleshoe (mostly windswept) and Corona (decent groomed surface), we decided to head back to the IP lift for softer conditions and after a quick lunch multiple laps on the frontside; heading back down the canyon ~2p after a very pleasant ski day (wind being excepted).
