Which pre-paid cards do not have coverage in Whistler, BC?

Which of the following pay-as-you-go (pre-paid) do not have coverage in Whistler-Blackcomb pistes or Vancouver, BC?

1. 7-11 Speakout
2. Petro-Canada
3. Rogers
4. Fido
5. Bell/Telus.
6. Koodo
7. Virgin Mobile
8. PC Mobile

I think if anyone had experience with the pay-as-you-go or pre-paid, they would try to help you, but most people on this site are from US and when they go to Canada, they just add coverage to their US cell phones. For my provider, Verizon, it's $2 per 24 hour period of usage in Canada which seems reasonable although I have to watch my data usage as I have to pay more if I use too much.

AFAIK coverage is very good on most of Whistler and Blackcomb slopes although like most ski areas, there can be some places without coverage. In the Village and in Vancouver there is a lot of free WiFi so I mostly left my phone in airplane mode which provides use of Internet and iMessage communication to others with iPhones.
