Conditions I feel were the best around over the Christmas Break. Castle doesn't get the massive busloads of skiers so though conditions were rocky in spots, having such few skiers made for some great "family runs". THe upper chair opened up two super runs that made us keeners eager to take more runs. <BR> <BR>Hopefully every mountain in the west will get lots of snow SHORTLY but when Castle's got the snow it's at par with Fernie and Red Mtn for expert terrain. The lift lines are non-existent midweek and minimal on weekends. Also the rates for skiers are exceptional $38 adult, $83 for a family with 3 kids and even better "ski and sleep" packages. <BR> <BR>Check out their website at castlemountainresort or email me, I'm there most weekends and occasionally through the week.
