skied Kirkwood on 23rd Feb. Tons of snow, which is to be expected after about 5 feet in the last two weeks. The backside was being blasted all day and they never got around to opening it up. <BR>The front side was epic. Great, light snow. <BR> <BR>This was my first time at Kirkwood and I was impressed. Some of the lifts are slow but he quality of expert terrain, combined with the primo snow makes it a winner. Getting there is not convenient for 99.9% of Americans though.
