Oh my! We're talking about 2-3 feet of new snow between 2/22 and 2/25. Conditions at both Snowbird and Alta are excellent. Over the weekend, it was run after run of untracked. Face shots galore! Easily the best conditions of the year in Little Cottonwood Canyon according to the locals. Things are pretty tracked out now since the storms hit during the weekend, but there is still plenty of soft snow left. Monday was a sunny bluebird day until around 3pm, so the snowpack is now a little sun-affected. Local avy conditions are pretty touchy, so be careful if you're going into the backcountry.
