Conditions in Vail

Hi, <BR> <BR> I'm headed to Vail on 2/29. Anybody been there in the last week or so? What are the conditions like? <BR> <BR>Thanks

I'm heading to Vail then too. Official reports and weather look good. I heard from someone who came back last week, said good not great.

Vail was at 182 inches season snow, 85% of normal a week ago and has had nada since then. So it's definitely a below average year and the back bowls presumably have spring conditions already. <BR> <BR>But Vail is a high snow area, so "below average" may still be OK.

Snow is forecast for today (Thursday). I'll keep my fingers crossed.
