Local weather guys are really pumping this storm up, i hope they are correct.

Tonight: Snow, mainly after 1am. The snow could be heavy at times. Steady temperature around 26. Calm wind becoming east between 5 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.

Friday: Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 29. Blustery, with a northeast wind between 16 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches possible.

The snows might mix with sleet and fez rain around I-94 and south. But along M-59 (Ski area row) It should be all snow

More snow coming on Sunday (Alberta clipper type 1" - 4" out of that one)

Michigan is white from the tip of the UP all the way down to lake Erie, this should be a great weekend to play in the snow!

All SE Michigan ski areas picked up at least 6", some closer to 9" Alpine Valley
More snow foretasted for Saturday night/Sunday, another 2" / 4"

After this weekend all the new snow will be gone. As long as it gets cold and stays cold I am alright with man made.
