I went nuts last Saturday with my new DLSR and shot the open skiers jam session. I didn't edit out many of the pictures so you can find all 190 at:

Also was able to check out THE WAY I SEE IT ski movie, really enjoyed it!

Didn't have time to look at them all. I assume taken just with the kit 18-55 lens...

Correct, it was the kit 18-55 lens.
I see CO is starting to open up today, hope you get to make some turns, looks like a pretty descent start to the season

Colo's been open for a couple weeks actually, though Breck comes on-line today (A basin, Loveland, Copper and Wolf Creek have been open). Probably a bit less natural on the ground than seen in the Brighton TR by Admin, but still the best early season natural snow in a couple of seasons for early Nov... Unfortunately my season won't start for a couple weeks yet. I've been doing 10-12 hr days at work and then was sick for a full week to boot so I've got to get back in the flow of working out so my first day doesn't kill me!
