The new Caracara lift appears to have similar dimensions to Roca Jack, to which it is parallel. It will ensure access to some of those slopes skier's right of Roca Jack when the traverse is cut off, as Patrick and I experienced last year.

Caracara is another "Va-et-Vient" slingshot poma, for the same reason as Roca Jack, no fixed towers subject to avalanche damage.
