First AT Set-Up, Opinions

So, after 5 years of skiing on my beginner set-up, I upgraded last weekend with a goal of touring/offpiste ability. I'd like to enjoy touring up from the valley at night once a week as I'm currently in Europe, but also want to enjoy more offpiste as we'll be moving back to UT in the next year or two. So I'm looking for some feedback/pros-cons about what I ended up with. (I got fitted out at a great ski-shop, so I'm confident about what I bought, but just curious for some feedback here).

I came home with Garmont Shogun boots, Diamir Scout bindings, and K2 Wayback Skis, 174cm length, 89mm waist, and K2 skins. All equip is 2011 as the shop had last-year inventory discounted. Total of all equip combined was 740€, or $950.

Thanks

Those are the very boots I ski in and I love them. I just would've gone with Dynafit clamps.

I'd recommend that anyone who hasn't been on Dynafits try them out first. Some people love them, others swear at them. No question that they're the lightest AT option, but they can be overly fiddly for some.
