New zipper for my g-tex

I pulled out my Gore-tex jacket Saturday to bring on a fishing tounament I was in,and to my dismay,the zipper is toast.I love my Mountain Hardwear jacket and want to have the zipper replaced but i'm not sure if a seamstress can do a zipper on a waterproof breathable jacket.
Any ideas?

I'm guessing that Mountain Hardwear would warranty that.

I know that zippers are about the only thing TNF warrantys. Everything else is pretty much considered normal wear and tear.

There's a lady named Penny who has a gear repair shop called Specialty Outdoors. She fixes most anything, and is considered a official warranty repair center by a couple of different clothing companies, including TNF. Located in Spokane, I believe. If you put all this info in the Google search engine it would probably spit out her website.
