beginner boarder?

Hey guys...I'm looking to actually buy my first snowboard. Up until this point, I've just been renting. Only been boarding for a year and went less than 10 times. Any tips??? :-D

You probably won't get much info in regards to snowboards on this site..me thinks there are more 2-plankr's than boarders on here..Decide what kind of riding you do i.e. park (freestyle) or all mountain or freeride..many good boards, boots and bindings on the market..I ride a Rome Agent 08....been very happy with it a well as my Saloman boots and bindings.
