I'm wondering how this ski would do here in the east. I'm buying them for sure as it was the best ski I have ever run. Spent 8 days on them at Alta. Just don't know how they will deal with the hardpack we get..and the "ice".., They ski small for their length, rented 186's but they only have about 165 on the snow due to the double rocker. I just couldn't go wrong with them out there. great in the bumps, realy could just launch from one to the other, damn things where like springs. When I got back and got on my Volkl Ac40 carbons...damn...ouch...don't like them any more, like steel slats. My legs where killing me after a few runs where I was able to ski 8 days with no prob out there...Any opinions??
Figure I might as well buy them as renting is costing me $200.00 a week...buy them for under $600.00 now or wait to buy the rental for less.
