Core shot question...

I have a small core shot:

you can see base underneath. I planned on bringing them to the shop this weekend.

The rub is this; I hadn't planned on using them but the snow is pretty soft upstate. I will bring them in Saturday night, but I'm wondering how bad it will be to ski on those for one day (Saturday). If it's really bad I'll use my other narrower and stiffer skis, but if the effects aren't too deleterious I'll just push it for one day and bring em into the shop that night. Should I ski with them or not?

I thought you said you had a core shot? The photo shows a cosmetic scratch. Ski them for the day and bring them into the shop - it's a trivial fix.

Underneath that flap is clearly the core. That flap is flimsy and I could rip it off easily but would prefer to keep it on incase it's skiable with it.
