Hello,
I'm thinking of buying a pair of K2 Apache X ('05-06 model). They were apparently demo skis so they have the demo bindings on them. I have two questions regarding this:
1) Are there any disadvantages to getting demo bindings? They're attractive in that I won't have to have the bindings adjusted professionally, but besides that I know little about them.
2) Have any of you tried that Apache X? I'm an advanced skier (about 60% piste - 40% off) who enjoy moguls. I've been skiing on longer, straight skis so it'll be an adjustment to go to a pair with such deep cuts/short turn radius.
Thanks in advance!
