Mt. Hutt (NZ), July 17-18

It was sort of luxurious to be sitting on a chairlift again after 6 days straight of rope tows, but re-learning to deal with crowds was a bit overwhelming. Overall though Mt. Hutt is a pretty fun mountain with some decent terrain (I stuck to the South Face, Towers, & Rakaia Chutes - which are really fun and involve crossing the road and then skiing below the road). The light was a bit flat in some of these pictures but hopefully they illustrate the terrain decently:

Coming down off the South Face (you can see a skier and snowboarder in the distance below for a point of reference)
