However, it is now the golden time to ski in the year. Particularly in some places, people can enjoy the fun of this sport until the golden week. My family also loves skiing and I usually rely on the following three criteria to choose the ski area of my family.
1. Traffic is convenient or not?
When searching for skiing information, you do not necessarily have to travel far to find places with all sorts of beautiful landscapes or snow-foam ... You just have to check the skiing grounds. Whether to go on a cable car for a ride and a skate route for beginners is not enough. Young children often get tired if it takes too much time to go to the beach. Therefore, it is important to select a location that will help your child maintain his / her fitness before going to the ski slope. Even with adults, you should avoid traveling for long periods of time on snow-covered roads if you are not used to it.

Famous ski resorts around Tokyo are popularly known as GALA Yuzawa, Naeba or Karuizawa ... These are convenient transportation areas because they are located near the Shinkansen high speed train station.

2. How old are the ski school classes?
If you and your spouse do not have good skiers, you should take your child to skiing lessons at the ski slope so that he or she can learn with professional coaches. Young children often learn quite fast, so when it comes to the middle of the trip, you and your child can slip together.

In Japan, most of the slopes have ski lessons, but the age of the students is slightly different. Most sliding families with sliding families often require students to attend the course to be over 4 years of age. Meanwhile, Pandaruman's slippery slopes with branches all over Japan limit the enrollment age to 3 years and over. Therefore, you should carefully check the information before deciding to slip.

3. Cost
You should also look into the costs that may arise during the trip. In some places, small children will get a half price discount or free cable car. However, the area for young children to play snow or ski on the slide ... at some of the slippery beach to charge separately, so it is better if you check first. In addition, lunches at slopes are often quite expensive, but your family also has to buy cable tickets and tickets to the beach ... for the whole family. Therefore, it would be better if you opt for cheaper slips.

The above are three criteria that I always note when choosing slips for the family. Hope that these criteria will help you. Wish you have a fun and reasonable trip!

Gala Yuzawa and Naeba were already on my Worldwide Ski Map. I added Karuizawa even though it's only about 600 vertical. The artificial summer surfaces are clearly visible on Google Earth at Gala Yuzawa and Karuizawa.
