Kitzbühel, Austria (Thursday, January 23, 2003) - Two Canadians hit the podium today in the 5th Legends Race held on the slalom run of the Hahnenkamm, where more than 70 former ski racing greats joined the festivities for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Kitzbuhel Ski Club, organizers of the famous Hahnenkamm downhill and slalom.

Team Stock, made up of Leonhard Stock (Captain), Hais Leitner, Reinhard Tritscher, Guenther Mader and Ken Read, president of Alpine Canada Alpin, took top honours in the 5-man team event in a time of 2:33.41. Read won the Hahnenkamm downhill in 1980.
