The Built Ford Tough Championships will consist of three events - Slopestyle, Superpipe and Rail Jam. In Slopestyle, riders make an un-timed run loaded with jumps, quarter pipes and hand rails with the run judged on consistency and level of difficulty. In the Superpipe event, riders utilize Mammoth's massive super pipe walls to perform tricks judged on difficulty, execution and "amplitude". The Built Ford Tough Rail Jam features riders each taking a stab at pulling off the gnarliest moves on a specially built competition rail in a less formal setting, but with big cash still on the line.

For those who can't make it to Mammoth, the Built Ford Tough Championships, with more than $125,000 and a Ford Ranger FX4 at stake, airs on NBC Sports on April 5 at 2:30 pm EST.

The $375,000 Vans Triple Crown of Snowboarding continues with the Vans North American Championships, March 6-9 at Bear Mountain Resort, Big Bear Lake, CA.
