Ljoekelsoey Wins in Sapporo-1

Sapporo, Japan (Saturday, January 24, 2004) - Roar Ljoekelsoey of Norway had the longest jump on the final round Saturday night, going 133.5 meters, to win a World Cup K120 meet by 2.3 points over World Cup leader Janne Ahonen of Finland. Clint Jones (Steamboat Springs, CO) was 39th and Brian Welch (Scarborough, ME) 57th in the second of three ski jumping events in Japan.
