New Wyndham Ski Property Cap Tremblant Opens

Mont-Tremblant (QC), Canada (Monday, May 9, 2005) - Wyndham International, Inc. (AMEX:WBR) last week announced the opening of the Wyndham Cap Tremblant Mountain Resort, a mountain retreat located at Quebec's Mont Tremblant ski area north of Montreal. Offering views of the surrounding Laurentian Mountains and nearby Lac Mercier, the newly constructed resort features 130 mountain condominium homes as well as a wide range of sports and recreational activities throughout the seasons.

"Our Wyndham Resort portfolio is known for coupling distinct settings with a myriad of world-class amenities to offer comprehensive retreats for both leisure and business guests. The Wyndham Cap Tremblant Resort carries on this tradition, taking advantage of the magnificent Quebec mountain landscape as a natural backdrop, and offering an extensive menu of programs and amenities, including world-class skiing and championship golf," said Fred J. Kleisner, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Wyndham International.

Each of the resort's one- to five-bedroom residences offer scenic views through large picture windows, and include a full kitchen/bar with cook-top, microwave and refrigerator; natural fireplace; and a spacious living area that opens onto a terrace with panoramic views. Guestrooms feature high-speed Internet access, free of charge to Wyndham ByRequest members. Resort amenities include two pools (one seasonal and one open year-round), three whirlpool spas, and a waterslide. Additional amenities include tennis courts, sauna, massage facilities and a business center. The main lodge offers an on-site Italian restaurant, concierge services, family programs, a virtual center and meeting space with an outside terrace.

A private shuttle transports guests from the town of Mont Tremblant to the 652-acre Tremblant Ski Resort, where 94 trails await skiers of all skill levels. Non-skiers can enjoy the outdoors via a host of other snow sports available, including ice-skating, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Summer activities include golf, horseback riding, Jeep tours, fly fishing and cultural tours through the historic town of Mont Tremblant.

The Wyndham Cap Tremblant Mountain Resort enters the Wyndham brand portfolio through a long-term franchise agreement with Intersite Corporation. The resort marks Wyndham's second Canadian property, joining the Wyndham Bristol Place - Toronto Airport in Ontario.
