Stowe to Stage Second Annual Memorial Weekend Rail Jam

Stowe, VT (Monday, May 23, 2005) - Eastern skiers and riders, don’t put your skis and boards in the storage shed yet! Stowe Mountain Resort has a giant block of snow on North Slope at the base of Mount Mansfield, and they’re giving everyone the opportunity to pull one last trick before summer is in full effect.

The second annual Memorial Weekend Rail Jam will take place on Saturday May 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The rail jam is free to enter and everyone who participates receives a raffle ticket to win prizes at the end of the jam session.

The event is sponsored by Burton, R.E.D, and Anon goggles. Company representatives and team riders will be on hand to liven things up with music, product, an MC, and rail riding exhibitions.

Next season is six months away, so don’t miss your chance to get back on snow for a few hours. Hawaiian shirts and swimwear are optional.
