"We are impressed by Ski Bromont's financial track record and its continued commitment to develop Ski Bromont as one of the most popular four-season resorts in Québec," said Alain Lambert, President and CEO of FIER CPVC - Montréal S.E.C., a C$15 million regional economic intervention fund. "Over the last several years the Ski Bromont team has worked hard to build one of the top ski centers in Quebec", said Charles Desourdy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ski Bromont. "This investment by the FIER CPVC - Montreal, which is managed by some of Quebec's top executives, is a recognition of the excellence of Ski Bromont and its employees." Ski Bromont recently announced the installation of a new Doppelmayr quadruple fixed-grip lift for the 2006-2007 season, the fifth new quad chairlift to be installed at Ski Bromont in the past five years. Its installation will allow the opening of three new slopes and trails.
