Got up bright and early for a 3 hour drive through the snow to get to Belleayre...and it was worth every minute :D They got about 8" from the storm. Which meant powder everywhere...Not too many people there either, so the snow held very well. Even some of the steeper trails held good snow...

Are you taking the Chauvin Guides course on the 5th and 6th? A couple of buddies and I are taking that one. We booked a motel in Gorham...took some calling around to find a place, because there is some kind of snowmobiling festival that weekend. I don't think you want to stay up at Hermit...
