Great pics of JH. It sure makes going back to the Loaf difficult, especially in this the worst year in recent memory. We went to Alta/Snowbird in Feb. They had a settled base of over 10 feet and since we left have had about the same amount! Thanks again for the memories.

Before Sugarloaf was tragically bought by Les Otten, there was a sign 3/4 of the way up the bottom baby lift which read "If you were at Sunday River, you'd be at the top now." Nuff said. If you are looking for long steep groomers, the Loaf is your best option.

I'll keep an eye out for those "Big Blue" skis. if you hear anyone shout "Marblehead Forever", say hello and come over for a Guiness on me.

We're going to ski a day each at Powder Mountian and Snow Basin then a week at the Rustler skiing Alta/Snowbird. Haven't been to Alta for 25 years, so i'm sure a lot has changed.

Terrific pictures! I'm going out there next week, but as a 60+ out of shape lowlander, have no interest in hiking. Is any of that terrain lift serviced?
