Eastern is a good site, but being from the Midwest I use uswxforums. Eastern gets pretty crazy when a storm is coming. All the weenies over there bog down the server haha.

I will be contributing to the Midwest section this year. Should have a trip report from both Boyne Mountain and a southeast hill within the month. Plus a PCMR report before Christmas. Ahh finals are almost over and some serious skiing is heading my way!

Yeah it looks great. How much terrain would a storm like this open up? I would think a lot, but I don't know much about out there.

Anyone who lives out there have some comments for the warm up coming? How does it affect the mountains and how well do they hold snow? I am going to Park City/the Canyons. How do those resorts fair during these warmups? I live out in the Midwest and a warmup is a disaster for our hills. Thanks.
