Great report, Tony.
It was fun, and we were happy to get in 2 extra days in a season that was a bit foreshortened due to last summer's TKR.

Thanks for the good detailed report and pictures.
We plan to head up to Tahoe for a few days of skiing using our Epic pass, then back to our home mountain of Mammoth. I've been told that Heavenly and Northstar have the best conditions due to extensive snowmaking. As much as we like Kirkwood...
Patrick, so sorry to read of your issues and Morgane's broken leg. Is is a tibia plateau fracture? (that's what I had some year's ago!)

Excellent report and photos, Tony.
We were up at Mammoth the weekend before, and are now in CO where conditions are also minimal. Doing some skiing and some work on the condos.
We skied today from 1 pm to 4 pm. Skiing on the groomers is firm, fast, and not rocky. We were even told that Cornice is skiable. We'll check that out tomorrow.
Tomorrow we intend to ski early and leave when it gets crazy.
Mammoth is offering a free lift ticket this Friday Dec. 9.
From what I hear, the groomers are skiing pretty well. See Staley's review below.
