I got a HRM unit in the summer for running (mine is a Bios Fitness, great stuff) - thinking of taking it on to the slopes next week. I'm pretty sure they would work even in the cold weather, because it's still close to the body. Has anyone done any training / improvements with it?

Not sure if it's appropriate for this forum, so feel free to remove. But I saw an ad in Eye magazine for free tickets to see the film Higher Grounds when you purchase lift tickets from Moonstone (mount st. louis, Barrie Ontario) and Tremblant (Quebec). Or you can buy tickets at Ticketmaster...

Oh, and I haven't seen Mountain Hardware, but I'll keep an eye out for it for future buys...
