Log-In Issues

@Tony Crocker @jamesdeluxe and other management heavyweights on here. This could be your chance to get rid of the gaper Australian.

For some reason my phone has logged me out of First Tracks. I can't remember my password and I can't use the 'forgot password' thing because the email I used to set up the account was a business one and has been deactivated. I can't change the email on the account section because I don't know the password. Any hints?

Sorry. It's obvious I'm a tech dunce Luddite type.

I sent an e-mail to Xenforo Marc.

You can login on a computer but not on your phone?
I am auto logged in on my work pc. My phone is usually auto logged in but for some reason it's logged out. I've tried my usual suspect passwords but I can't seem to get in.

FYI, things have been a bit wonky for not only this forum but also others I'm a member of in the past week or so. All use the same software, Xenforo 2.x, as the Aussie forum. But Richard has a far more sophisticated set up.

I followed Marc's instructions so hopefully the problem is resolved; I e-mailed both of you.
I've already updated his password.

But emails should be working here again after you requested that the host unblock the port. I've started getting 'em this morning.

So in the future, you can use the password reset link to reset your password if you're ever locked out of your account.

It's not only related to XF btw (some of the major bugs have already been patched here since it isn't available in the latest XF version yet).

- Cloudflare had a major outage yesterday causing a bunch of sites to randomly go down and up and down again
- Google Chrome has an issue with its latest version causing SVGs to randomly disappear (there's a temp settings workaround meanwhile for this)

Yeah, saw a comment from Evan in his OpenSnow Daily Snow for Utah after I posted. He said "OpenSnow, along with a huge chunk of the internet, was down due to an outage this morning. So apologies if you woke up early and weren’t able to get your daily dose of bad news. ;-) "

So far, I'm sticking to Safari for web browsing.
