I remember seeing boarder at mont sainte anne last year riding a T-bar. I don't think I saw any falls and that one ripped just about anyone off the ground. I'm pretty sure they kept both feet strapped in and rode with one person on a t-bar with the bar positioned differently then it would be...

    Big Jay

sharing is caring... why can't we all just get along. The big problem here is everyone just needs to see some snow. Once we get a good storm and the skiing starts getting good, tensions will greatly decress as the season kicks in.

When I was up at mss last weekend I think they had as many locking ski racks as they did non locking ones. And when I first arrived there were more skis locked in those things then on the regular racks. It made me kinda uneasy as I had forgot my cable lock. I just left them in such a way that...

    MSS - QC - nov 13, 2004

Just thought I'd add a few more pictures and my experiences from the day. Overall it was a great day of skiing. The snow was quite nice for the first hour or so but the lines were getting pretty bad until they opened the quad. After a couple of hours most the snow was getting scraped off in...

Man i'd love to drive over and meet you guys at cannon cause right now it doesn't look like were gonna get much here in the dacks. I just can't justify driving 4.5 hours. Well if you get 10+ inches like i'm seeing right now enjoy it. If something changes I'll be somewhere around here trying...

I'll be skiing somewhere if we get that much snow. I'm thinking down here in the lower elevations of the new york northcountry things might not be soo good. Does anyone know what whitefaces policy is on people hiking? or how about any other places in the dacks that are clear enough for early...
