ow it's definetly much better even with just shoes on . it doesn't hurt or any pain at all this morning , its just when you put weight on it and articulate the ankle to make a foot step i can feel the muscle stretching and contracting when the foot is unweighted .

actually now it's been a few hours it's not so much the top of the calf but more down in the middle of the muscle .

really the only way to surpass yesterday was with a day like today !!!! :wink:

DAY..12.. first ride up collins lift this morning patrol was already on manuvers on backside setting off charges . we skied into albion basin first trip down the hill only to notice patrol in glory hole setting charges they were clearing the hill to open this acreage for skiing to the general...

amyz and i parked a car at albion day lodge parking and proceeded to drive back down canyon to snowbird and ride the tram to hidden peak . arrived at hidden peak and walked out the road to powder paradise to view some of the wildflowers that are blooming , heres some of what we saw. a bunch more...

DAY..86+1.... stopped on the way to alta this morning to check on comma chute haven't skied that yet this year until today , amyz joined me for the first run in there of the year . also to see whats been happening at alta as far as changing some of the lower hill . i didn't take alot of photos...
